PT. Bamboo Lab Architect is a fast-growing architectural firm specializing in innovative bamboo design and construction. Based in Kuta, Lombok, we have set higher industry standards with our in-house bamboo treatment facility and expanded our portfolio from iconic bamboo structures to hospitality ventures. Since completing our first restaurant project, Milky Wave, in 2022, we now proudly operate four restaurants (Milky Wave, Honey Jack, Ramen Otaku, and Padu-Padu) and are developing a beach club, villas, and a boutique hotel in Kuta, Lombok.

We are looking for a Marketing and Business Development with strong experience in the luxury hospitality industry to elevate our brand presence and support our growing portfolio of restaurants and hospitality projects.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement marketing strategies for restaurants, beach clubs, and hospitality projects.

- Support daily operational activities across assigned F&B business units

- Collaborate with design, content, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with brand objectives.

- Support compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role, preferably in upscale restaurants and luxury accommodations

Proven ability to manage social media and digital ad campaigns with measurable results

Strong understanding of branding, audience targeting, and analytics

Creative thinker with excellent storytelling and visual communication skills

Fluent in English (verbal and written)

High ownership mindset, detail-oriented, and adaptable

Based in Lombok or willing to relocate
