PT Bamboo Lab Architect is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to support our expanding construction and hospitality projects. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong commitment to execution excellence, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and on-time execution.

Evaluate on-site workers and vendors to ensure performance meets project standards.

Maintain accurate attendance records for all on-site personnel.

Provide routine daily progress updates to the Site Manager/Project Manager.

Ensure project milestones are achieved according to the approved timeline.

Develop weekly work programs and deliver daily briefings to the site team.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications accurately.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor.

Proven track record in handling and completing construction projects successfully.

Strong attention to detail, especially in monitoring schedule progress and project analysis.

Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read and interpret blueprints.

Strong teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proactive, organized, and able to work independently on-site.
