QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3-5 years of culinary experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining restaurant
Proven ability to deliver high-quality, consistent, and visually refined dishes
Critical thinker, evaluate the best solutions prior to execution
Excellent knowledge of ingredient handling, portion control, and luxury plating standards
Strong understanding of kitchen cleanliness, sanitatiton and hygiene protocols
Extensive experience in luxury 5-star resorts or international hotel chains is a plus
Based in Lombok or willing to relocate to Kuta, Lombok
