 Role Description 

This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Praya District for a dedicated Head Cook. The Head Cook will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, managing kitchen staff, overseeing food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring high-quality culinary experiences for guests. The role also involves optimizing efficiency and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

 Qualifications 

Proficient in Culinary Arts, including food preparation, recipe development, and menu planning.

Strong leadership and management skills to supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations.

Knowledge and application of food safety and hygiene standards and regulations.

Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, demonstrating problem-solving, organization, and time management skills.

Experience in creating dishes that align with eco-conscious and sustainable dining practices is an asset.

Prior experience as a Head Cook or in a similar role in a high-end restaurant or resort.

Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred but not mandatory based on proven industry experience.

Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and a commitment to creativity and innovation in the kitchen.
