QUALIFICATIONS
Proven ability to deliver high quality, consistent, and visually refined dishes
Critical thinker, able to evaluate the best solutions and methods prior to execution
Excellent knowledge of ingredient handling and luxury plating standards
Strong understanding of kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
Extensive experience in luxury five star resorts or international hotel chains is a plus
Based in Lombok or willing to relocate to Kuta, Lombok
