About the role

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Front Desk Assistant to join our team at Sikara Lombok Hotel in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a seamless experience for all our visitors.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming guests to the hotel in a warm and professional manner

Checking guests in and out efficiently and effectively

Handling guest enquiries, requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner

Assisting with luggage, concierge services and other guest needs as required

Maintaining accurate guest records and processing payments

Supporting the wider hotel operations team as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar front desk or guest services role, ideally within the hospitality industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and customer-focused attitude

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to handle a varied workload

Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages

Flexibility to work in a team and across different shifts, including weekends and public holidays
