About the role

Sikara Lombok Hotel is seeking an experienced and dedicated Security professional to join our team in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our hotel, guests, and staff. As part of our dynamic Trades & Services team, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the high standards that define the Sikara Lombok Hotel experience.

What you'll be doing

Patrolling the hotel premises to monitor and report any suspicious activities or potential security breaches

Controlling access to the hotel by screening visitors and checking identification

Responding to emergency situations and incidents, providing first aid if required

Monitoring and maintaining the hotel's security systems, such as CCTV and alarm systems

Collaborating with the hotel management team to identify and address security risks

Maintaining detailed records of all security-related incidents and activities

Providing a friendly and professional presence to hotel guests and staff

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a security or law enforcement role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and emergency services

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of situations

Physical fitness and stamina to perform regular patrols and respond to emergencies

A reliable and trustworthy personality with a commitment to upholding high standards of security

Familiarity with security systems and procedures, including CCTV and alarm monitoring

Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken
