Job Summary:
The F&B Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all Food and Beverage operations at Selong Selo Resort & Residences, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in line with luxury villa standards. We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on leader with international hospitality experience and a strong passion for delivering refined dining experiences. This role requires strong commercial acumen, creativity in driving revenue, operational excellence, effective cost control, team development skills, and the ability to build and inspire a high-performing team within a premium boutique luxury destination resort environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an F&B Manager in an international hotel or resort environment
Strong financial acumen with proven experience in cost control and budget management
Demonstrated leadership and effective team management skills
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
Solid understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations
Experience working in a remote or destination resort environment is an advantage
Proficient in using POS systems and inventory management software
