About the role

As the Engineering Supervisor at Sikara Lombok Hotel, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel's infrastructure and mechanical systems. What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the work of the engineering team to ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are functioning effectively

Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to proactively identify and address any issues

Liaising with hotel management to identify and address any infrastructure-related concerns or guest feedback

Ensuring all engineering work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant safety and regulatory requirements

Providing technical guidance and support to the engineering team, and facilitating their professional development

Monitoring energy usage and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and sustainability

Maintaining detailed records of all engineering-related activities and expenditures

What we're looking for

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within the engineering or facilities management field, preferably in the hospitality industry

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as HVAC, fire safety, and building automation

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Proficiency in project management and the ability to prioritise and delegate tasks effectively

A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
