Director of Sales
Selong Selo Resort & Villas
Role Purpose
The Director of Sales is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth and market positioning for Selong Selo. This role develops and executes sales strategies to maximize accommodation, long-stay, group, retreat, and ancillary revenues, while strengthening Selong Selo’s presence in key international and domestic markets.
Key Accountabilities
Revenue Growth & Strategy
• Deliver annual and monthly revenue targets in line with owner expectations.
• Drive high-yield business across leisure, long-stay, group, and retreat segments.
• Optimize pricing and sales strategies in collaboration with Revenue Management and Operations.
Market Development & Partnerships
• Expand and manage key accounts, including travel partners, DMCs, retreat organizers, and corporate clients.
• Develop new international source markets and strategic partnerships.
• Negotiate commercial agreements that support long-term revenue stability.
Brand & Commercial Leadership
• Ensure all sales activities align with Selong Selo’s luxury positioning and brand values.
• Represent Selong Selo at key industry events and owner-facing commercial discussions.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and strategic insights to ownership.
• Planning, Forecasting & Governance
• Prepare annual sales plans, budgets, and revenue forecasts.
• Deliver clear, accurate, and timely reporting to ownership and management.
• Maintain strong cross-department coordination to support operational delivery.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Achievement of annual and monthly room and total revenue targets
• Growth in long-stay, group, and retreat revenue contribution
• Improvement in ADR, RevPAR, and overall revenue mix
• Accuracy of sales forecasts versus actual performance
• Expansion and retention of key producing accounts
• Performance growth in targeted international markets
• Quality and timeliness of commercial reporting to ownership
Experience & Profile
• Senior sales leadership experience in luxury resorts or high-end hospitality
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage strategic accounts
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• International market exposure preferred

The Director of Sales is expected to act as a commercial leader and strategic partner to ownership, delivering measurable revenue results while strengthening Selong Selo’s long-term market position.
