🌿 We’re Hiring: Child Care Assistants (Local Applicants Only) 🌿
Bumi Kecil & Play Café are looking for caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Child Care Assistants to join our growing community.
📍 Location: Gili Air, Lombok Utara
🗓 Start Date: Flexible / As soon as possible
📌 Applicants: Local residents only
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting children during playtime and daily activities
Helping create a safe, warm, and inclusive environment
Supervising children during indoor and outdoor play
Supporting the preparation and clean-up of learning materials
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is
Caring, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with children
Responsible and attentive to children’s safety and wellbeing
Able to work well in a team and follow guidance
Open to learning and growing in an early childhood setting
Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
Able to communicate in basic English (fluent English is a plus)
Experience & Requirements
Experience working with children is preferred
Background in early childhood education is a bonus
Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to help
Available to work on Gili Air
Not currently committed to other full-time government or scholarship programmes
