What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility. You’ll be in the kitchen daily, involved in operations, working with the team, and helping shape how the kitchen runs.
Oversee and support daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service
Train, guide, and supervise the kitchen team on preparation, service flow, and hygiene
Manage stock control, ordering, food cost, and minimise waste
Maintain good hygiene and food safety standards at all times
Build a positive, respectful kitchen culture with teamwork and accountability
Pay attention to customer feedback and market trends, and contribute ideas to keep the menu relevant and competitive
This role involves leading a kitchen and taking responsibility for daily operations. We welcome applications from both experienced chefs and motivated candidates who are ready to grow into a leadership role.
🔸 Who You Are
A Head Chef, or a Sous Chef ready to step up into a leadership role
Has experience working in busy kitchens or restaurants with clear standards
Hands-on, reliable, responsible, and able to work calmly under pressure
Understands the basics of kitchen organisation, food cost, and team coordination
Passionate about food and open to learning modern Asian cooking techniques and trends
A positive team player with good energy and respect for others
Focused on consistency, improvement, and teamwork
Comfortable communicating in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia
Open to relocating and growing with a new team in Kuta, Lombok
