CDP Pastry (Chef de Partie – Pastry)
Job Description:
Handle daily operations in the pastry section
Prepare and produce desserts and bakery items
Maintain food quality and presentation standards
Control stock and minimize waste
Supervise Commis Pastry
Qualifications:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry area
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a pastry kitchen
Previous experience as CDP Pastry
Able to prepare desserts, cakes, and pastries
Understand food hygiene and safety standards
Able to lead a small team
Willing to work shifts and weekends
