About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Bartender to join our team at Unreal Management in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious cocktails in a fast-paced, vibrant environment. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of our hospitality operations.

What you'll be doing

Prepare a wide variety of classic and signature cocktails, using high-quality ingredients and techniques

Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests, and making recommendations

Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area

Comply with all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations

Assist with inventory management and ordering of bar supplies

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Bartender in a similar high-volume hospitality setting

Proven expertise in mixing a wide range of cocktails and knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and bar ingredients

Strong customer service orientation and ability to provide a memorable guest experience

Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required

Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
