Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Some of your duties will include:

1. Digital Campaigns, Promotions & Engagement Programs

·      Plan and execute digital promotions, product bundles, flash sales, seasonal campaigns, and thematic gold investment programs.

·      Design and manage loyalty programs, referral schemes, and customer reward initiatives to increase repeat purchases and retention.

·      Develop upsell and cross-sell strategies based on SKU performance, customer behavior, and purchase history.

·      Coordinate promotional calendars with the Head of E-Commerce Operations and Marketing team to ensure consistency in pricing, messaging, and brand positioning.

2. Customer Outreach, Retention & Lifecycle Management

·      Conduct targeted customer outreach programs (email, WhatsApp, push notification, in-app messaging) for repurchase, reactivation, and upselling.

·      Segment customers based on purchase frequency, value, behavior, and risk of churn.

·      Implement lifecycle campaigns (new customer onboarding, repeat buyer programs, dormant customer reactivation).

·      Monitor customer feedback and sentiment to improve engagement journeys and customer experience.

3. CRM Analytics & Customer Performance Tracking

Track and analyze CRM KPIs, including but not limited to: Repeat Purchase Rate, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Churn Risk, and Net Promoter Score (NPS)

·      Campaign conversion rates

·      Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure CRM data accuracy and integration with the e-commerce platform.

·      Translate CRM insights into actionable campaign and engagement improvements.

4. Content & Campaign Messaging Coordination

·      Coordinate closely with the Marketing team to align campaign messaging, tone, visuals, and value propositions across digital channels.

·      Ensure promotional content aligns with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and gold investment communication standards.

·      Support content planning for social media, digital ads, landing pages, and in-platform banners.

 

5. Performance Reporting & Consumer Insights

·      Develop and maintain daily dashboards covering sales performance, customer engagement, CRM metrics, and campaign effectiveness.

·      Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, trends, and recommendations.

·      Provide consumer behavior analysis to support SKU planning, pricing strategy, and promotional optimization.

·      Support management reviews with clear, data-driven presentations and summaries.

6. Governance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

Ensure all digital marketing and customer engagement activities comply with: Precious metals trading regulations, Consumer protection and data privacy regulations, and Internal policies and brand governance

·      Continuously benchmark best practices in e-commerce, fintech, and precious metals retail.

·      Propose continuous improvements to tools, processes, and engagement models.

Persyaratan Khusus
What skills and experience do you need?

·      Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.

·      Have minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or customer engagement, preferably in: E-commerce; Retail / fintech / financial services; Luxury goods or investment products (preferred)

·      Proven experience managing customer lifecycle campaigns, loyalty programs, and CRM analytics.

·      Strong understanding of Digital marketing funnels and performance metrics; CRM tools and customer segmentation; E-commerce KPIs and dashboards; Familiarity with customer data privacy and digital compliance standards.

·      Hands-on experience with: CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP CRM, or equivalent); Digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI dashboards, or similar).

·      Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to convert data into insights; Knowledge of social media marketing and digital content performance.

·      Experience in precious metals, investment products, or regulated digital platforms; Exposure to loyalty program design and customer journey mapping; Experience supporting e-commerce platforms at scale.

·      Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate;
