Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Senior HR Manager, A hands-on HR leader owning Hospitality HR end-to-end: hiring, onboarding, training coordination, contracts, renewals, and performance reviews. This is an execution role—Central HR supports, you lead and decide.

Role Summary

Manage all people operations for the Hospitality division, ensuring strong hiring, structured onboarding, compliant contracts, and effective performance management. Report directly to the MD and coordinate with Central HR on compliance, payroll, and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Own hospitality recruitment and workforce planning

• Lead onboarding and coordinate training execution

• Manage contracts, renewals, terminations, and HR documentation

• Run performance review cycles and support HOD evaluations

• Act as HR authority for Hospitality and report to MD

Requirements

• 8–12 years HR experience (hospitality preferred)

• Strong in recruitment, contracts, and performance management

• Independent decision-maker, senior-stakeholder ready

• Strong communication and organization

• Fluent in English
