🌿 We’re Hiring: Primary Teacher 🌿

Bumi Kecil is looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our growing team for our new school.

📍 Location: Gili Air, Lombok Utara

 🗓 Start Date: May/June 2026

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop complete lesson plans, student assessment strategies, and instructional resources based on students' needs and interests.

2. Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

3.Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.

4. Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adjusting instruction as needed.

5. Integrate real-life examples and hands-on activities to make math relevant and enjoyable.

6. Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding student progress and classroom activities.

7. Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.

8. Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes respect, curiosity, and a growth mindset.

 

Other Qualifications

1. Possesses strong classroom management skills with a high degree of responsibility towards teaching as well as students' academic progress.

2. Able to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a multi-cultural educational environment.

3. Familiar with the inquiry-based teaching and learning process and capable of using various teaching strategies and approaches.

4. Proficient in using Microsoft products, applications and services and is able to use technology efficiently for educational purposes.

Requirements:

1. Familiar with international curriculum (Cambridge, IB, Pearson syllabus) is an advantage.

2. Minimum with two years of teaching experience as a Primary School         3. Teacher in an English environment.

4. Currently not participating as a candidate for Scholarship, Civil Service, or Government Staff selection process (for example CPNS, PPPK, etc) or committed to other parties.

5. Able to speak and write English fluently.

6. Passionate about child-centred and holistic education

7. Desired characteristics: Passionate about teaching and working with children, cooperative, strong communication skills, adaptable, culturally sensitive, persistent, Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work well in a team and possessing a growth mindset.
