Position
Operations Manager
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality operations
Pre-opening experience is preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of resort operations
Knowledge of logistics and marine operations is an advantage
Hands-on, adaptable, and a strong problem solver
Fluent in English
Willing to be based between the mainland and the island
Responsibilities
Lead the pre-opening phase, including recruitment, training, and SOP development
Oversee both mainland and island operations
Ensure a smooth and consistent guest journey
Coordinate logistics and guest transfers
Maintain service quality and operational compliance
