This role oversees daily and monthly operational expenses, ensuring early risk detection and alignment with approved budgets without compromising service excellence. Responsibilities include reviewing purchasing activities, validating supplier pricing, and ensuring invoice accuracy, while supporting sustainable, ethical, and quality-driven sourcing practices.
The position is responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost optimization, providing financial clarity to support informed decision-making across all business functions, including inventory and asset control.
Clear and concise financial reports and budget reviews are prepared for management, offering meaningful insights that reinforce Cocoon Reserve’s commitment to conscious spending and refined guest experiences.
This role calls for a discreet, detail-oriented professional who values sustainability, operational harmony, and thoughtful financial stewardship within a luxury boutique resort environment. Candidates should be based in Lombok or willing to relocate to Kuta, Lombok.
