✅ General Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position at 4–5 stars hotel (international chain is an advantage).
Familiar with pre-opening (for all positions in West Nusa Tenggara area).
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Fluent in English.
