Bamboo Lab is an architectural firm specializing in bamboo design and construction based in Kuta, Lombok. We explore new opportunities and possibilities within the realm of bamboo architecture. Our commitment to quality is demonstrated by our in-house bamboo treatment facility, which sets higher standards in the industry.
In 2022, we expanded our portfolio by completing our first restaurant project, Milky Wave. Since then, we have diversified our operations to include not only the manufacturing and design of bamboo structures but also the management and operation of our restaurants. Currently, we operate 4 restaurants which are Milky Wave, Honey Jack, Ramen Otaku, and Padu Padu, and we have pre-opening beach club, villas and a boutique hotel project in Kuta, Lombok.
About the role
We are looking for a Accounting Finance Officer for our Head Office and for our pre-opening Beach Club in Kuta Lombok. As the Accounting Finance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded in the accounting system, following established accounting principles and standards.
Key Resposibilities:
Ensure timely and precise recording of financial transactions, maintaining full compliance with accounting standards and supporting accurate financial reporting.
Compile and analyze daily journals, maintain accurate general ledger records, and deliver timely, insightful monthly financial reports.
Ensure the integrity of financial data by performing regular bank reconciliations and aligning financial reports with real-time transactions.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring all payments and receipts are supported by accurate and complete documentation.
Contribute to the development of budgets and cash flow projections, ensuring accurate financial planning and resource allocation.
Compile and validate necessary financial records and documentation to support internal and external audit requirements.
Execute routine financial administrative processes—petty cash, reimbursements, and document management—to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications & Experiences:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline.
3 - 5 years experience in Accounting & Finance; previous job in hospitality industry is highly regarded.
Proficient with accounting software & Ms. Office (especially Excel)
Good command in English
Expertise in Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and Indonesian tax regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Immediate availability to join is a plus.
