🌐 OUCRU-ID | SPHERES is Hiring: Business Intelligence Analyst (Data Quality & Visualization) 🌐
The SPHERES Project at Oxford University Clinical Research Unit Indonesia (OUCRU-ID) is building data ecosystems to strengthen Primary Health Care (PHC). We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who will not only design impactful Tableau dashboards, but also investigate and improve the quality of data flows that drive these insights. Your work will help ensure that PHC data is reliable, accessible, and actionable for program monitoring and research.
🔑 Core Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer/Data Science, Public Health, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
1–2 years of professional experience with Tableau and SQL (BigQuery preferred).
Experience with analytics tools such as R or Python.
Solid understanding of data analytics and statistical concepts.
Strong skills in data cleaning, documentation, and validation.
Full professional proficiency in English (written & spoken).
📌 Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with health data or within healthcare/public health networks.
Familiarity with data governance, version control, and reproducible workflows.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and maintain Tableau dashboards for PHC programmatic and research reporting.
Investigate and monitor data flows from PHC facilities, digital platforms, and dashboards.
Perform routine data quality checks, ensuring datasets are clean, consistent, and well-documented.
Troubleshoot data issues in collaboration with field and partner teams; support continuous improvement of data pipelines.
Ensure robust processes for data versioning, backup, and access control.
📍 Location & Timeline
Location: Jakarta, with regular coordination with district teams in Purbalingga and Lombok Barat.
