Position: Wellness Supervisor
We are looking for candidates who:
*Have proven experience in leadership, supervision, or management (required)
*Are confident, reliable, and able to lead a wellness team of 15–20 people
*Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to build clear work structures
*Are comfortable managing schedules, attendance, SOPs, and operational systems
*Have strong, calm, and professional communication skills
*Have experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or the service industry (preferred)
*Are proactive, responsible, and ready to take an active leadership role
*Are interested in wellness trends, innovation, and service development
