Requirements:
Top managerial skills.
Strategic thinker.
Quality-oriented person.
Persistent in following up.
Can-do attitude.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position in a luxury resort.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining the resort in top shape throughout the year.
Strictly ensuring preventative maintenance.
Leading the engineering team and supervising their work closely.
Ensuring work safety as well as fire safety on entire property.
Proudly taking care of property equipment in the best way possible.
Managing requirements from all departments of the resort.
