Mandalika Intercultural School is looking for a creative Social Media Officer to manage and grow our digital presence. In this role, you will create engaging content, capture school moments, and support branding and communication across all online platforms. Responsibilities
Plan, produce, and publish content on social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc).
Capture and edit photos and videos from school activities and events.
Manage content calendar and build meaningful engagement with audiences.
Track performance analytics and optimize strategies for higher reach.
Write captions, articles, and communication materials in professional English.
Build and maintain partnerships with external organizations, schools, media, and community groups.
Support promotional materials and event campaigns (posters, flyers, newsletters).
Conduct benchmarking with other schools and institutions to improve marketing strategies and service quality.
Collaborate with Admissions, Teachers, and School Leadership teams.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor’s in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or public relations.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken & written).
Proficiency with: Canva, CapCut/Premiere, Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
Strong networking ability and public speaking confidence.
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
