Sales & Marketing Representative
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with clinic goals.
Familiarity with medical terminology is an advantage.
Ability to stay updated on industry trends and innovative marketing techniques.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies and sales plans in coordination with management.
Supervise, guide, and support Sales and Marketing Officers in executing sales activities and achieving targets.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and corporate accounts.
Conduct high-level client meetings, presentations, and negotiations for major or strategic accounts.
Coordinate cross-functionally with medical, operations, and administrative teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Review sales performance reports and marketing results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure brand consistency and professional representation of the clinic in all marketing and sales initiatives.
Represent the clinic at external events, partnerships, and networking activities.
