Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Proficient in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Customer service oriented mindset.
Familiarity with medical terminology is an advantage.
Previous experience in a front office or customer-facing role is preferred.
