We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor Manager

📍 Placement: Head Office Kuta Mandalika, Lombok

PT. Bamboo Lab Architect is a fast-growing architectural firm specializing in innovative bamboo design and construction. Based in Kuta, Lombok, we have set higher industry standards with our in-house bamboo treatment facility and expanded our portfolio from iconic bamboo structures to hospitality ventures. Since completing our first restaurant project, Milky Wave, in 2022, we now proudly operate four restaurants (Milky Wave, Honey Jack, Ramen Otaku, and Padu-Padu) and are developing a beach club, villas, and a boutique hotel in Kuta, Lombok.

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor Manager to lead our QS team and ensure accurate cost planning, budgeting, and project efficiency from concept to completion.

Job Summary:

Lead and oversee all quantity surveying activities, including cost estimation, budgeting, contract management, and financial supervision to ensure projects are delivered within budget and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the QS team in all project phases.

- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQ, and budget planning for multiple projects.

- Review and negotiate contracts, quotations, and procurement proposals.

- Monitor project costs, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.

- Conduct site visits, verify work progress, and ensure alignment with contracts and designs.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure cost efficiency and project quality.

- Prepare progress reports and financial analysis for management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in QS, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of cost control, project budgeting, tendering, and contract administration.

- Experienced in hospitality, commercial, or design & build projects is highly preferred.

- Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, QS software, and project documentation.

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Based in Lombok or willing to relocate.

- Able to join immediately is a plus.
