We’re looking for an F&B Commercial & Operations Officer

📍 Placement: Head Office Kuta Mandalika, Lombok 

🔹 Role Overview

You will support day-to-day operational activities of assigned F&B units, ensuring smooth processes, consistent quality, and effective coordination across teams. You will also assist in driving commercial and B2B initiatives, helping to build partnerships with hotels, cafés, restaurants, and other hospitality businesses.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

- Support daily operational activities across assigned F&B business units

- Coordinate operational processes to ensure service quality and product consistency

- Assist in monitoring production workflows, quality control, and inventory accuracy

- Execute B2B commercial activities including outreach, follow-ups, and client coordination

- Help maintain and develop relationships with hospitality partners

- Track operational performance indicators, sales progress, and reporting needs

- Collaborate with the Business Development Department on operational and commercial initiatives

- Support compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts

🔹 Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience in F&B operations, commercial management, or business development

- Having leadership and team management experience is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in English (spoken & written) is required

- Experience in B2B sales or hospitality supply chains is a strong advantage

- High ownership mindset, detail-oriented, and adaptable

- Based in Lombok or willing to relocate
