We’re Looking for Kitchen Team (CDP & Demi Chef)

📍 Placement: Tanjung Aan Beach, Lombok

Kleo Beach Club, a new oceanfront dining destination by PT. Bamboo Lab Architect, located in Tanjung Aan Beach Lombok, is opening soon! 

We’re building a place where design meets flavor, and we’re inviting passionate culinary talents to be part of our opening team.

We are looking for Chef de Partie (CDP) and Demi Chef to join our kitchen crew and bring creative energy to our upcoming beach club experience.

Job Summary:

Responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the Head Chef in daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience as CDP or Demi Chef in a high-volume restaurant, beach club, or 4–5 star hotel.

✅ Creative, disciplined, and detail-oriented.

✅ Able to work under pressure and as part of a team.

✅ Passionate about food, presentation, and continuous learning.
