Job Description:
1. Site Supervision & Coordination
Oversee daily landscape operations and allocate tasks to the crew.
Ensure work is carried out according to project plans, standards, and timelines.
2. Crew Management
Lead, train, and motivate landscaping staff.
Monitor performance, discipline, and adherence to safety protocols.
3. Installation & Maintenance Oversight
Supervise installation of softscape (plants, turf, trees) and hardscape (pavers, edging, irrigation).
Ensure proper maintenance practices such as pruning, fertilizing, pest control, and irrigation checks.
4. Quality Control
Inspect completed work to maintain high-quality workmanship.
Identify issues or deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
5. Equipment & Materials Management
Manage tools, machinery, and materials; ensure availability and proper use.
Report any equipment damage and coordinate repairs or replacements.
6. Safety & Compliance
Enforce safety procedures and conduct toolbox talks.
Ensure compliance with environmental and workplace regulations.
7. Reporting & Communication
Provide daily updates to the Project Manager or Site Manager.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and resource needs.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in landscaping or site supervision.
Strong knowledge of softscape & hardscape installation.
Ability to lead and coordinate a team.
Understanding of basic horticulture, maintenance, and irrigation systems.
Able to read plans and follow project instructions.
Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
