PT. Bamboo Lab Architect is a fast-growing architectural firm specializing in innovative bamboo design and construction. Based in Kuta, Lombok, we have set higher industry standards with our in-house bamboo treatment facility and expanded our portfolio from iconic bamboo structures to hospitality ventures. Since completing our first restaurant project, Milky Wave, in 2022, we now proudly operate four restaurants (Milky Wave, Honey Jack, Ramen Otaku, and Padu-Padu) and are developing a beach club, villas, and a boutique hotel in Kuta, Lombok.
We are currently looking for a 3D Modeller / BIM Modeller with strong computational design skills to support our architectural and construction teams.
Job Summary:
Create precise 3D models and parametric design systems to support design development, construction drawings, and fabrication workflows for architectural and bamboo structure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality 3D models for architectural and interior projects using Revit and/or Rhinoceros 3D.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and fabrication teams to translate concepts into accurate digital models.
Produce digital assets needed for design visualization, documentation, and construction coordination.
Ensure models comply with internal standards and project workflows (BIM/modelling protocols).
Update models based on design revisions and provide alternative solutions when needed.
Maintain organized model data and support the team in technical modelling tasks.
Qualifications:
Proven professional experience as a 3D Modeller / BIM Modeller.
Familiar with Revit and Rhinoceros 3D (required).
Familiarity with architectural detailing, construction logic, or complex geometric structures.
Experience with bamboo structures or organic architecture is a plus.
Strong problem-solving ability and high attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently within multidisciplinary teams.
Fast learner, adaptive, and passionate about innovative architecture.
Able to join immediately is preferred.
