Head of Project Delivery & Construction (Multi Projects Property Development)
Requirement :
1. Over 10 years’ experience in construction management, project delivery, or engineering leadership, within the relevant industry (e.g. Property Development, Real Estate, Construction & Engineering, Infrastructure Development, Project Management Consulting, Hospitality Development & Resort Construction, Industrial Estate or Large-Scale Facilities Construction)
2. Experience representing developers or management on multi-phase or multi-site projects
3. Strong technical grounding (civil, structural, architectural, or MEP)
4. Age: Below 47 years old
5. Gender: Any
6. Language: English (strong in written and spoken for regional reporting)
7. Education: Bachelor's Degree
8. Nationality: Indonesian
9. Work Location: Lombok (sites to be confirmed during interviews)
10. Responsibilities and/or Skill Set: Lead the full delivery of all company’s projects from early construction through handover, while representing the management on-site, drives discipline across contractors and consultants, and ensures quality, compliance, safety, and timely delivery in line with project objectives and masterplan requirements
