Candidate Requirements:
- Nationality: Indonesian
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Language: English (strong in written and spoken for regional reporting)
- Over 10 years’ experience in construction management, project delivery, or engineering leadership, within the relevant industry (e.g. Property Development, Real Estate, Construction & Engineering, Infrastructure Development, Project Management Consulting, Hospitality Development & Resort Construction, Industrial Estate or Large-Scale Facilities Construction)
- Experience representing developers or management on multi-phase or multi-site projects
- Strong technical grounding (civil, structural, architectural, or MEP)
