Kami adalah restoran dan beer garden dengan energi tinggi dan berorientasi pada komunitas yang berlokasi di pusat Kuta, Lombok. Seiring pertumbuhan bisnis, kami mencari Operations and General Manager yang berpengalaman dan memiliki motivasi kuat untuk memimpin operasional harian serta membantu mengembangkan bisnis ke tahap berikutnya.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Posisi ini bertanggung jawab atas seluruh aspek operasional harian restoran dan bar, kepemimpinan tim, pengawasan keuangan, serta eksekusi strategi. Kandidat ideal adalah pemimpin yang terjun langsung, memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan pemecahan masalah yang baik, serta mampu menyeimbangkan kehadiran di lapangan dan tugas administratif. Pembagian waktu kerja: empat puluh persen administratif dan enam puluh persen operasional di lapangan.

Curfew is seeking an Operations and General Manager for our restaurant and beer garden. Candidates must have managerial experience in the restaurant industry and will be required to relocate to Kuta, Lombok. Please send CV to info@curfewlombok.com.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Operations and Business:

- Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations

- Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor costs

- Handle suppliers, purchasing, and inventory control

- Coordinate facility maintenance and contractors

- Execute strategic initiatives with ownership

- Ensure compliance with health, safety & regulatory standards

Staff Leadership:

- Recruit, hire, and train FOH and BOH teams

- Build a positive and accountable workplace culture

- Lead pre-shift meetings and ongoing training

- Manage performance and development

Financial and Administrative:

- Support budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting

- Maintain tight cost control

- Use POS data to guide decisions and improvements

- Submit operational reports to owners/investors

Requirements:

- 2+ years restaurant/bar management experience

- Strong F&B operations and service-standard knowledge

- POS + basic accounting experience

- Excellent leadership, communication & organization

- Able to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure settings

- Willing to learn Bahasa Indonesia

- Background check required

- Minimum 3-year commitment
