Requirements:
Indonesian national with overseas work experience or expat.
Minimum 2 years work experience on manager level within an international hotel chain.
Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position in a luxury resort and/or high-end beach club.
Hands-on leadership with high emotional intelligence and problem-solving capability.
Experience in implementing and maintaining brand standards, SOPs, and quality control measures.
Quality-oriented person with can-do attitude and persistent in following up.
Adaptable, resilient, and able to perform under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Maintain consistent service quality and luxury standards across all outlets.
Implement SOPs and continuously refine workflows for efficiency and excellence.
Ensure personalized, high-touch guest experiences aligned with luxury resort standards.
Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and satisfaction scores; implement improvements.
Drive revenue through menu engineering, upselling strategies, promotions, and special events.
Conduct performance reviews, constant training, and succession planning.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
