Job Details:
Planning, monitoring and execute of Delica/Sushi/Bakery/Pizza Team in Store to achieve performance target.
Monitoring and controlling standardization of Delica/Sushi/Bakery/Pizza for All Store
Planning schedule training and execute training for Delica/Sushi/Bakery/Pizza Team in Store.
Follow good preservation standards for proper handling of all food products.
Responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.
Carry out any other duties as required, especially in visiting and monitoring stores to ensure the production is well as by the standards.
Requirements:
At least Diploma's Degree in Food Production or Food & Beverage Service Management.
Minimum 3 years of working experienced as Demi Chef in Delica/Sushi/Bakery/Pizza.
Ability to work as part of a team, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions.
