We are now looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team and help shape the future of Tampah Hills.
The Role
As CFO, you will oversee all financial aspects of the Tampah Hills group, leading a team of around ten finance professionals across the three companies. You will report directly to the Group CEO and work closely with the General Managers of our hospitality and construction divisions. This is a high-impact, hands-on role suited for a CFO who thrives in scaling environments and excels at building systems, teams, and processes across multi-entity organizations.
You will be responsible for:
Group-wide financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
Overseeing the implementation and operation of Odoo ERP across the organization
Leading monthly and quarterly reporting for both internal stakeholders and the Swedish board
Ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax and financial regulations
Managing audits, risk, and governance processes
Optimizing financial systems and workflows across the group
Supporting strategic decisions with financial insights
Playing an active role in shaping the company’s future as part of the executive team
Who You Are
Proven experience as a senior financial leader in a medium to large-scale organization, ideally in scaling companies or sectors such as hospitality, property development, or construction.
Strong knowledge of accounting, reporting, and financial operations in Indonesia
Experience with ERP systems (experience with Odoo is a plus)
Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on leadership style
Able to relocate full-time to Lombok, Indonesia
Experience in real estate, construction, or hospitality is a plus but not required
