Senior Accountant

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting.

Experience in Hospitality, Villa Management, or Multi-Unit/Multi-Owner properties is preferred.

Auditor backgrounds are strongly encouraged.

Able to prepare and analyze monthly P&L statements for each property/unit.

Skilled in allocating expenses, common area charges, and CapEx according to owner agreements.

Good understanding of hospitality financial metrics (NOP, GOP, margins).

High accuracy in handling sensitive financial data and multi-owner reports.

Able to work efficiently and meet strict monthly reporting deadlines.
