Position: Retail Management Officer
Job Description:
Responsible for implementing store expansion strategies, ensuring branding and visibility, meeting visit targets, and managing store information in line with head office guidelines. Additionally, fosters dealer relationships, addresses their needs, and resolves retail issues to maintain standard retail management practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience in retail management, specializing in Electronics or FMCG
Experienced in team management, achieving sales goals, and maintaining standards
Skilled in dealer management and sales improvement
Strong analytical ability to enhance retail performance through data
Goal-driven, efficient, and customer-oriented with market insight
Location: Sumbawa
