Position: District Sales Manager
Job Description:
Responsible for monitoring daily store sales and operations, ensuring Xiaomi Expert KPIs and SOPs are followed. Generate stock and sales reports with improvement analysis. Provide sales skills and product training to the store team, conduct weekly and monthly KPI reviews, compile and publish integrated master data from all departments.
Additionally, recruit Xiaomi Experts according to Xiaomi standards. Collaborate with the PIC Trainer to identify relevant training needs and execution. Training materials will be provided (standardized) by Head Office. Maintain training equipment in good working condition. Direct all training and development activities to ensure the program and curriculum run well. Organize training support for the regional team. Provide required reports to the principal. Willing to go on business trips following the sales team’s instructions.
Qualification:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales or trainer in retail industries (experience in the smartphone industry will be a plus point)
English proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading (Mandarin is optional)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and proper reporting skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional skepticism and honest business integrity
Location: Sumbawa
