Guest Service Agent
Department: Front Office
Reports To: Front Office Manager
Location: Selong Selo Resort & Luxury Villas, Lombok

Job Summary
The Guest Service Agent is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless and memorable stay experience. This role upholds the highest standards of luxury hospitality, handling check-in and check-out processes, guest inquiries, and service coordination with professionalism and genuine care.

Key Responsibilities
Provide a friendly and personalized welcome to all guests in line with luxury resort standards.
Handle guest check-in, check-out, and billing procedures accurately and efficiently.
Anticipate guest needs and deliver prompt, courteous assistance at all times.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints with empathy and discretion.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate guest information and preferences in the PMS system.
Promote resort facilities, activities, and dining options to enhance guest experience.
Follow all Forbes / LQA service standards and grooming guidelines.
Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are always tidy, professional, and welcoming.
Support Night Audit or other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Front Office or Guest Relations role in a luxury resort or hotel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Professional, well-groomed, and guest-oriented.
Proficient in English (spoken and written); Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is an advantage.
Familiar with Opera PMS or similar property management systems.
Able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
