Position: Front Office Manager
Location: Selong Selo, Lombok
Department: Room Division
Reports to: Director of Operations
About the Role
Responsible for overseeing all Front Office operations, including Reception, Guest Relations, Concierge, and Reservations. This role ensures that every guest experiences a seamless, personalized, and memorable stay aligned with Selong Selo’s service standards. The Front Office Manager leads, trains, and motivates the team to deliver exceptional service while optimizing operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily Front Office operations and interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant service delivery.
Create a welcoming lobby presence, handle guest feedback professionally, and ensure personalized, high-satisfaction experiences.
Lead, train, and motivate the Front Office team to consistently deliver luxury service standards.
Monitor reports, budgets, and revenue opportunities to achieve departmental and resort financial goals.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Front Office leadership role, preferably in a luxury resort or villa environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Proficient in PMS (e.g., Opera, Protel, or similar).
Warm personality with strong attention to detail.
