SGI – Aviation Administrator
Base: Hu’u, Sumbawa
Join Date: Immediate Opening
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and logistical support to the Site Operations Manager (PJO).
Prepare, collect, and distribute inspection and flight operation reports.
Manage daily operational data and ensure timely submission to Head Office.
Coordinate logistics, including flight and hotel bookings, base-camp facilities, and transportation.
Maintain office supplies and ensure all office equipment functions properly.
Handle invoices, payments, and financial documents accurately.
Organize digital and physical filing systems.
Support onboarding, medical checks, and mandatory trainings.
Ensure compliance with company safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications:
Resident of Hu’u or nearby area (valid ID required).
Minimum D3 in Aviation Maintenance, Air Traffic Management, or related fields.
Able to write clear and professional reports in English.
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); advanced Excel preferred.
Experience in administrative or coordination roles.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Able to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.

Location: Hu’u, Dompu – Sumbawa Timur Mining Project
We are looking for an Aviation Administrator to support our on-site operations team in ensuring seamless flight and ground coordination.
You will be responsible for managing daily reports, flight data, logistics, and essential administrative tasks that keep our aviation mission running smoothly.
Requirements:
Minimum D3 in Aviation or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Able to write and communicate in English
Organized, proactive, and adaptable
Resident of Hu’u or surrounding area
