Management Trainee in SPS Corporate will be trained to be a manager within 3-5 years of working.
There is areas of expertise :
-MT Production/Maintenance/PPIC (Requirement : minimum GPA 3,00 from Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering major)
-MT HRD (Requirement : minimum GPA 3,00 from Psychology or Law major)
-MT Accounting (Requirement : minimum GPA 3,00 from Accounting or Accounting Tax major)
All MT will have benefit to stay in Worker’s Mess in the factory location, BPJS & Lunch
General Requirements :
- Willing to work hard in flexible time
- Able to work under high pressure
- Willing to compete and accept new challenges
- Able to speak other languages (English, Mandarin, etc. ) is a plus
- All candidates must be from reputable Top University in Indonesia
- Fresh Graduate max 25 years old
- Willing to be place in all area:
Ngoro/Gresik/Sragen/Subang/Sumbawa/East Java/Central Java/West Java/Others
