🌱 Pengalaman magang/organisasi di bidang climate-tech (nilai plus)
📈 Kuat dalam data analysis (kuantitatif + kualitatif), riset pasar, & insight
💼 Mampu membuat strategic decks & melakukan desk research
🌍 Passionate terhadap ESG, climate-tech, dan sustainability
🖥️ Terampil menggunakan Excel, SPSS, atau tools analisis lainnya
