🔬 Research raw materials, plant nutrients, ethanol, and microbes
📊 Design experiments, analyze data, and ensure product quality
📑 Maintain formula confidentiality & prepare documentation
🤝 Collaborate across R&D, Production, QC, and Marketing
🎓 Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Agronomy, Biology, or Chemical Engineering
📅 1+ year experience in product development (biostimulants preferred)
🌾 Strong knowledge of agri-inputs & microbial formulation
🧐 Detail-oriented with solid lab & documentation skills
💬 Excellent communication (esp. for internal training)
🔒 Able to maintain IP confidentiality
📍 Willing to relocate to Lombok
