We’re now on the lookout for a passionate, outgoing, and detail-oriented Guest Experience Crew Member to help us give every traveler the legendary Mad Monkey welcome!

🌟 What You’ll Do:

Be the face and energy of Mad Monkey—greet guests on arrival and help them feel right at home.

Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Provide guests with local knowledge, recommendations, and assistance throughout their stay.

Support the front office and reservations team with guest communications and bookings.

Help organize and promote social events, tours, and activities to maximize the guest experience.

Respond to guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with a positive and proactive attitude.

Coordinate with other departments (bar, kitchen, housekeeping) to deliver seamless service.

Keep common areas tidy and inviting while always maintaining Mad Monkey vibes.

🧳 What We’re Looking For:

Experience in hospitality, tourism, or a customer-facing role is a plus.

Excellent spoken and written English (other languages a bonus!).

Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable personality.

A passion for travel, people, and creating epic guest experiences.

Organized, proactive, and a strong team player.

Comfortable using basic computer systems or booking platforms.

Must be available for shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in hostels or youth tourism.

Familiarity with Kuta Lombok’s local scene, surf spots, and attractions.

Love for music, events, or leading social activities.

First aid or guest safety training.
