🧩 Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all retail stores to ensure smooth performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and develop strategies to achieve targets.
- Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs and company standards across locations.
- Improve efficiency, visual merchandising, inventory control, and team productivity.
- Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching, feedback, and identify operational gaps.
- Align strategies with cross-functional teams (marketing, HR, supply chain).
- Prepare performance reports and suggest operational improvements.
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from any major; Master’s Degree is a plus.
- Min. 2 - 3 years of experience in multi-store retail management or operations (FMCG, Telecommunications, Fashion Retail, F&B).
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English, strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of retail systems is a plus.
- Strong business acumen with a hands-on attitude.
