We are currently expanding and looking for experienced Lead Consultants to join our retail team! This is a direct request from HQ, and the role requires individuals who are fluent in English and capable of leading store operations effectively.
🔍 Job Responsibilities:
- Store Operation: Manage day-to-day operations and ensure execution of strategies from regional and HQ.
- Sales Management: Set and lead store sales strategy to meet or exceed company targets.
- Merchandise & Display: Ensure optimal product turnover, replenishment, and visual standards.
- Customer Service: Supervise the customer journey, resolve complaints, and maintain high service quality.
- Team Management: Oversee hiring, training, and in-store development of team members.
- Business Communication: Liaise with partners to improve store performance and maintain alignment with brand direction.
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or retail (preferably electronics/FMCG)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills
- Excellent English communication is a must for this role
